摘要
目的:探索金龙胶囊联合化疗治疗胃癌肝转移的疗效和不良反应。方法:37例胃癌肝转移患者给予TF方案化疗,具体为:TXT:60 mg/m^2,iv 1h,d1;CF-Ca:200 mg/m^2,iv 2h,d1～d2;5-Fu:400 mg/m^2,iv,d1～d2;5-Fu:600 mg/m^2,iv 22 h,d1～d2;每21d重复,化疗3个周期。从第一周期化疗开始口服金龙胶囊4粒,每日3次。化疗结束后4周进行疗效评价。结果:总有效率为(CR+PR)59.5%,患者的生存质量提高,化疗的不良反应减轻。结论:金龙胶囊联合化疗治疗胃癌肝转移可以提高疗效,减轻患者的化疗反应,提高生存质量。
Objective： This study aims to explore the curative effect and side reaction of Jinlong capsule combined with chemotherapy for liver metastases of gastric cancer. Methods： A total of 37 cases of gastric cancer patients with liver metastases under went the＂TF＂ scheme chemotherapy, including： TXT 60 mg/m2, iv lh, dl; CF - Ca： 200 mg/m2, ivgtt 2 h, d1- d2, 5-Fu： 400 mg/m2, iv, d1 - d2, or 5-Fu： 600 g/m2, civ 22 h, d1 - d2. The cycle of the chemotherapy was 21 days was given for 3 cycles. From the first cycle of chemotherapy, Jinlong capsule （4 grains） was started to be taken by patients three times a day. The curative effect was evaluated at 4 weeks after the completion of chemotherapy. Results： The total effective rate （CR ＋ PR） was 59.5%. In the survival patients, the quality of life was improved, and the adverse reaction of chemotherapy was reduced. Conclusion： Jinlong capsule combined with chemotherapy for liver metastases of gastric cancer can improve the curative effect, reduce the chemotherapy reaction, and improve the quality of life.
