摘要
目的观察骶管注药术治疗下腰痛并下肢放射痛的临床疗效。方法将196例下腰痛合并下肢放射痛患者随机分为两组,98例接受骶管注射术,98例不作任何治疗。所有患者注射前和注射后1周,接受Verbal Pain Score(VPS)和Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)评分。结果所有接受骶管注药治疗患者都有不同程度的改善,治疗后的VPS和ODI优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P=0.0007;P=0.0008);未行骶管注药的患者VPS和ODI无明显改善,差异无统计学意义(P=0.36;P=0.35)。结论骶管注药治疗可明显缓解疼痛,提高生活质量。因此笔者认为这种安全简单的方法可应用于下腰痛合并下肢放射痛患者,可帮助获得更好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of caudal epidural injection on patients with low back pain and radicular leg pain. Methods All 196 patients with low back pain and radicular leg pain were randomly divided into two groups,98 cases in the experimental group received the caudal epidural injection,while 98 patients in the control group did not receive any treat- ment. All patients received the assessment of Verbal Pain Score（VPS） and the Oswestry Disability Index（ODI） score before in- jection and one week after injection. Results All patients in the experimental group had different degrees of improvement after the treatment, the VPS and ODI were better as compared with those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant （ P = 0.00007 ; P = 0. 0008 ） ; The patients in the control group had no obvious improvement, the difference in ODI and VPS was no statistically significant （ P = 0.36 ;P = 0.35 ）. Conclusion The caudal injection can obviously relieve the pains of patients and improve their quality of life. So this safe and simple method should be widely applied to the patients with low back pain combined with radicular leg pain, and should achieve a better clinical efficacy.
