摘要
近9年来采用废骶注药治疗腰椎间盘突出引起的腰腿痛患者326例．通过门诊随访3月-9年．结果：优132例，占40．49％；良101例．占30．98％；好转58例，占17．79％；无效35例，占10．74％，有效率达89.26％。认为骶管住药治疗腰椎间盘突出引起的腰腿痛是一种有效而实用的方法。
In the latest nine years, 326 cases of lumbago and arelalgia caused by lumbar disc herniation had been treated with drugs injection in sacral canal. The follow-up was for 3 months to 9 years. The results showed that 132 cases (40. 49%) were excellent, 101(30.98%) good. 58(17.7%)effective. and the remain 35 cases (10.74%) were ineffective. The overall effeetive rate is 89.26%. The authors believed that drugs injection in saeral canal was an effective method in treatment of lumbago and scelalgia caused by lumbar disc hermation.
