摘要
目的:研究小儿危重病护理评分法对于小儿护理的干预指导。方法:选择危重患儿75例,分为观察组和对照组,观察组应用小儿危重病护理评分法评分后实施相应的护理,对照组采用正常危重护理。结果:观察组症状缓解比对照组快,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小儿危重病护理评分法在小儿临床危重护理中,可预先知道病情发展,对治疗和预后有重要指导意义。
Objective To study the nursing for pediatric critical illness score in pediatric nursing intervention.Methods Choose 75 cases of critically ill children,divided into the observation group and the control group,the observation group application of pediatric critical illness scoring method scoring after the implementation of the corresponding nursing care,control group using the normal critical care.Results The observation group relief of symptoms was faster than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Pediatric critical illness score in pediatric clinical nursing in critical care nursing,can know in advance the progression of the disease,the treatment and prognosis are important guiding significance.
