摘要
研究健脾益气口服液对利血平致小鼠脾虚模型的影响,探讨其健脾益气作用。将45只KM小鼠随机分成3组,即实验组、治疗组及对照组,每组15只。以利血平致小鼠脾虚证模型,于第7 d、14 d观察小鼠的体重及外观形态的变化,并且分别扑杀各组动物,取肝脏、十二指肠、胃组织,观察它们之间的酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(G-6-Pase)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)变化及小鼠胸腺及脾脏质量指数。结果:第7 d时,第14 d时,小鼠毛色、活动情况和大便与各实验组之间相比较,都具有明显变化。同时,各组织中酸性磷酸酶、葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶和碱性磷酸酶的活性与各实验组之间相比较,都具有明显变化,并且显著提高了小鼠胸腺及脾脏质量指数((P<0.01))。结论:说明本健脾益气口服液具有健脾益气作用。
Abstract：To explore the effects of Compound Chinese Traditional Yiqi Oral Liquid in the micespleen deficiency syndrome （SDS） induced by reserpine, 45 KM mice were divided into the control group, SDS group and treatment group. On the 7 and 14 day, the rats were killed and dissected. The histochemistry methods were adopted to observe the changes of morpho- logical appearance and weight and to determine the level of acid phosphatase （ACP）, glucose -6 -phosphatase （G- 6 - Pase） and alkaline phosphatase（ALP） and to measure the thymus index and spleen index. The results indicated that on the 7th day and 14th day, the morphological appearance and weight and the activities of acid phosphatase, glucose -6 - phosphatase and alkaline phosphatase had significantly changed, and the thymus index and spleen index were improved sig- nificantly among them. The Compound Chinese Traditional Yiqi Oral Liquid has obvious fortify the spleen and replenish qi effect.
