摘要
目的探讨围刺埋线配合体穴埋线治疗慢性肛周湿疹的疗效。方法将80例慢性肛周湿疹患者随机分为两组。治疗组40例接受局部围刺埋线配合体穴埋线治疗,对照组40例接受曲安奈德混悬液局部封闭治疗。疗程结束后比较两组患者的临床疗效、症状积分变化以及疗程结束后3个月内的复发情况。结果治疗组总有效率为100%,明显高于对照组的75%(P<0.01)。治疗后两组四个症状积分指标均显著改善(P<0.01),治疗组患者的皮损、瘙痒、渗液的改善程度显著大于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。疗程结束后3个月内,治疗组复发3例,复发率为7.5%,对照组复发27例,复发率为67.5%,治疗组的复发率较低(P<0.01)。结论围刺埋线配合体穴埋线是治疗肛周湿疹的一种有效方法,近期疗效确切,疼痛少、起效快,复发率低,可重复操作,具有推广价值。
Objective To study the efficacy of surrounding needling combined with catgut implantation at acu- point on patients with chronic perianal eczema（CPg）. Methods 80 patients with CPE were randomly divided into the treatment group（TG） and the control group（CG）, with 40 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with partial surrounding needling combined with catgut implantation at acupoint, while the control group with local block of triamcinolone acetonide suspension. The clinical effects, symptoms integral change of both groups after the treatment and their recurrence rate within the 3 months after treatment were all followed up and compared between groups. Results The overall effective rate of the treatment group was 100%, obviously higher than that（75%） of the control group（ P 〈0.01）. 4 symptoms integral indexes in both 2 groups were obviously improved after being treated（ P 〈0.01）. The treatment group had much better improvement in skin lesion, pruritus, seepage than the control group（ P 〈0.05 or 0.01）. Within the 3 months after treatment, 3 cases from treatment group relapsed （the recurrence rate was 7.5%）, while 27 cases from control group relapsed （the recurrence rate was 67. 5%）, which showed that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower that of control group（ P〈0.01）. Con- clusion It is effective to treat patients with CPE by surrounding needling combined with catgut implantation at aeu- point because of definite effect,less pain,fast effect, low recurrence rate, and low cost. This treatment can be applied repeatedly and worth popularizing.
