白介素8对孕足月绒膜羊膜炎产前诊断的研究进展 被引量：7

摘要 白细胞介素8(IL-8)为含72个氨基酸的多肽,是重要的炎性介质和免疫调解因子,具有重要的生物学功能,是唯一的中性粒细胞趋化和激活因子。妊娠期宫腔内羊膜、绒毛膜、蜕膜、胎盘局部均产生IL-8。且绒毛膜-蜕膜产生的IL-8比胎盘产生的明显增加。当组织绒膜羊膜炎时羊水、脐血、孕妇血中IL-8浓度明显升高。孕妇血清中IL-8浓度对绒膜羊膜炎的诊断是最敏感和特异的。应用孕妇血清中IL-8的浓度可作为孕足月产前绒膜羊膜炎早期诊断的预测指标。
