平班水电厂安稳控制装置研究及应用

摘要 对于区域互联电网,区间功率振荡是一个值得关注的问题,持续、高幅值的低频振荡威胁着电网的安全运行,严重时将导致电网的瓦解。按照目前广西电网结构及运行方式,当平班水电厂其中两台机组挂在220 kV平振I、II线运行,220 kV平振双回线路任一回、振百双回线路故障跳闸,均可能引起平班水电厂机组低频振荡。为保证电网的安全运行及平班水电厂电力的送出,充分利用清洁的水能资源,研究在平班水电厂增设线路安稳控制装置。 For the regional power network, power oscillation cannot be ignored. Sustained and high-amplitude low-frequency oscillation may lead to the collapse of the power grid. According to the present grid structure and operation mode, when two generators in Pingban hydropower station supply power to the 220kV level Pingzhen I and II transmission lines, the fault trip on any one of Pingzhen I and II transmission lines or Zhenbai transmis- sion lines may cause the low-frequency oscillation of two generators in Pingban hydropower station. To ensure the safe operation of power system and make full use of water, a stability control device for transmission line is in- creased in Pingban hydropower station.
