摘要
介绍了汽轮机阀门管理逻辑组成,针对某电厂阀门管理系统的参数设置,分析功率指令与功率反馈误差,指出该设置下功率反馈存在过灵敏区,根据该电厂调节系统实测参数建模仿真,结果表明过灵敏区的存在与一次调频的投入可能导致负荷调节不稳甚至系统强迫功率振荡,因此需要定期维护并修正阀门管理系统的参数,以保障功率反馈与功率指令的线性度。
This paper introduces composition of steam turbine valve management logic. Aiming at parameter setting of valve management system of some power plant, it analyzes its power order and power feedback order error and points out that there is an oversensitive area of its power feedback. On the basis of actual measurement parameters of the adjustment system, it introduces modeling simulation. The result shows existence of this area and input of primary frequency modulation may result in unstable load adjustment and forced power oscillation which requires periodic maintenance and rectification for valve management parameters in order to ensure linearity of power feedback and order.
