N_0期非小细胞肺癌根治术后最优治疗模式的研究 被引量：1

摘要 目的 :探讨N0 期非小细胞肺癌 (NSCLC)根治术后的最优治疗模式。方法 :回顾 1990～ 1995年根治术后的一批N0 期非小细胞肺癌病例共 2 0 6例 ,评价不同治疗模式对患者 5年生存率的影响。结果 :5年生存率单纯手术组为 75 5 % ,手术 +放疗组为 6 8 8% ,手术 +化疗组为 78 9% ,手术 +放化组为 75 0 % ,各组差异无显著意义。结论 :辅助性放疗、化疗和放化疗不能提高N0 期非小细胞肺癌患者根治术后的
