摘要
目的:观察ABCG2以及CD44+/CD24-细胞在乳腺癌中的表达及与预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组化双染技术检测60例乳腺癌、癌旁及30例乳腺增生症组织中CD44+/CD24-细胞的表达并应用单染技术检测ABCG2。结果:ABCG2在乳腺癌、癌旁和增生组织的阳性表达率分别为50.00%、16.67%和60.00%,乳腺癌及增生组织表达均高于癌旁(P<0.01);CD44+/CD24-细胞在3组的阳性表达率分别为5.00%、3.33%和26.67%;增生组织表达高于乳腺癌及癌旁(P<0.01)。两者表达与肿瘤大小、病理分级、临床分期、淋巴结有无转移、复发与否、间质有无淋巴反应之间无统计学意义(均P>0.05);ABCG2表达与无瘤生存期相关(P<0.05),CD44+/CD24-细胞表达与无瘤生存期不相关(P>0.05)。ABCG2表达与CD44+/CD24-细胞无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:ABCG2阴性患者无瘤生存期长;CD44+/CD24-细胞并非只存在于乳腺癌组织中。
Objective To investigate the expressions of ABCG2 and CD44 +/CD24- cells in breast carcinoma and to discuss their relationship with prognosis. Methods The expressions of CD44+/CD24- cells and ABCG2 were measured by immunohistochemical double-staining and single-staining method respectively in 60 cases of breast carcinoma tissue, 60 cases of para-carcinoma tissue, and 30 cases of breast hyperplasia symptom tissue. Results The positive expression rates of ABCG2 were 50.00%, 16.67%, and 60.00% respectively in breast carcinoma group, para-carcinoma group, and hyperplasia group respectively. And those in breast carcinoma group and hyperplasia group were significantly higher than that in para-carcinoma group (both P 〈 0.01 ). The positive expression rates of CD44+/CD24- cells were 5.00%, 3.33%, and 26.67% respectively in the three groups, and that in hyperplasia group was significantly higher than those in breast carcinoma group and para-carcinoma group (both P 〈 0.01 ). The expressions of ABCG2 and CD44+/CD24- cells were not associated with tumor size, differentiation, clinical stages, lymphoid metastasis, relapse, and stromal lymph cell reaction (all P 〉 0.05 ). There was correlation between the expression of ABCG2 and tumor-free survival period (P 〈 0.05), but no correlation between the expression of CD44+/CD24- cells and tumor-free survival period was observed (P 〉 0.05). There was no correlation between the expressions of CD44+/CD24- cells and ABCG2 (P 〉 0.05). Conclusions ABCG2-negative patients have a longer tumor-free survival period, And the CD44+/CD24- cells were found not only in breast carcinoma tissue but also in para-carcinoma tissue and hyperplasia tissue.
