摘要
本文从目前制约高等职业教育校企合作产学一体模式中存在三个方面的关键问题,提出了相应的对策,主要有:增强政府在高等职业教育发展中的主导地位来协调社会资源促进高等职业教育发展,提高高等职业教育的主体能力,包括管理能力、师资力量等方面的加强打好发展的基础;出台法律法规明确企业的社会责任意识来营造高等职业教育发展的社会环境。这些举措对全面促进高等职业教育发展、提高人才培养质量、具有借鉴价值。
Based on the analysis of the three key problems existing in current higher vocational education that restrict the development of school - enterprise cooperation mode of education, this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures, basically as ： first, strengthening the leading position of the government in higher vocational education development second, to improve higher so as to coordinate social resources to promote higher vocational education development; vocational education＇s main body ability, including management ability to enhance the development foundation ;to work out the laws and regulations to clear corporate social responsibility and consciousness to build the social environment for higher vocational education development. These measures have the reference value to comprehensively promote higher vocational education development,improve the quality of talent training.
