大断面软岩巷道支护技术及矿压显现规律研究 被引量:9

摘要 为解决大断面软岩巷道的支护难题,依据梅花井煤矿112202工作面辅助运输巷采矿地质条件及巷道参数,考虑软岩巷道围岩变形的特殊性,在改变传统混凝土碹支护技术的基础上,设计了锚网可缩性条带碹联合支护方式及施工工艺,并对试验段巷道进行了矿压观测,分析了试验段巷道表面变形、顶板离层、深部位移及顶板锚杆受力情况。结果表明:锚网可缩性条带碹支护可以有效地控制大断面软岩巷道围岩变形,为类似条件下的巷道支护提供了技术借鉴。 Abstract In order to solve the support problem in large section soft rock roadway', this pa- per designs the combining supporting mode of "anchor net and yielded strip arch" and the con- struction process based on changing the traditional concrete arch for the specialty of surrounding rock deformation in soft rock roadway according to the geological conditions and parameters of the auxiliary transport roadway of the 112202 working face in Meihuaiing Coal Mine. It also con- ducts the strata control observation in test section of the roadway and then analyzes t]he surface deformation, roof delamination, deep-seated displacement and stress state of the roof bolt there.
