摘要
用NAKAMUTA(1982)的装置研究了龟纹瓢虫成虫对棉蚜的搜索行为和棉蚜的应激反应,得出:1、搜索摄食棉蚜前的搜索轨迹弯曲角度小,搜索活动速度快,搜索摄食棉蚜后的0—15秒期间搜索轨迹弯曲角度大,搜索活动速度慢。2、棉蚜受到龟纹瓢虫成虫攻击前后4分钟内触角摆动频率差异显著,攻击后大于攻击前。3、棉蚜利用保护色逃避龟纹瓢虫成虫捕食的作用不明显。4、龟纹瓢虫成虫对聚集格局棉蚜的搜索是聚集搜索,而对随机格局和均匀格局棉蚜的搜索是均匀搜索,以此提高搜索效率。5、空间分布结果表明龟纹瓢虫对棉蚜在生活小环境上有追随关系。
Searching behavior of adult of ladybeetle, Propylaea japonic(thunberg),and the antipredation response of the cotton aphid, Aphis gossypi Glover.were studied by the method of Nakamuta(1982), The results are as follows; 1、The smaller bending angle of the beetle is before the searching andpredation, the faster is the velocity of searching. The bigger is the anglewithin 0--15 second after the predation, the slower is the velocity. 2、The antennal swing frequency of the aphid is significantly differentbefore predation from that after predation. 3、The evasion of the aphid by protective color to the adult beetle isnot significant. 4、The searching for contagiously distributed aphids is a contagious sea-rching, while that for either uniform one so as to increase searching effi-ciency. 5、Study on spatial patterns indicates that the beetle follows the aphidin the habitat.
