摘要
采用酶组织化学方法研究了小鼠染毒后生殖细胞 SDH、 L DH和 ATPase活性的变化 ,结果发现 ,2 5 .0~12 5 .0 mg/ kg体重剂量组染毒 35 d后 SDH、L DH和 ATPase活性均受到抑制 ,说明增产菊胺酯不仅干扰睾丸细胞的有氧代谢及无氧代谢的供能过程 ,还干扰细胞对能量的利用。提示能量代谢障碍可能是增产菊胺酯对雄性生殖细胞毒作用的机理之一。
In order to investigate the possible toxic pathway of Bachmedesh to male reproductive system, the activities of SDH, LDH and ATPase in male germ cells were studied by using enzymohistochemical methods. It was observed that the activities of SDH, LDH and ATPase were dramatically suppressed in middle and high dosage experimental group animals, suggesting that Bachmedesh not only interfered with the energy supply process of aerobic and anaerobic glycolysis, but also the energy utilization in germ cells.
