Buckling finite element analysis of water turbine bracket in a floating tidal current power station

摘要 漂浮式潮流能电站是一种新型的潮流能利用转换装置,其中水轮机组的支撑结构承受水轮机的工作载荷以及整个机组的重量,其稳定性尤为重要.由于结构的复杂性及载荷的特殊性,很难直接利用当前的理论与规范评估结构的稳定性.文中首先利用MSC.PATRAN软件建立了包含水轮机主轴及不包含水轮机主轴的2种水轮机支撑结构模型并利用MSC.NASTRAN进行静力及屈曲有限元分析,然后通过结果对比发现2种模型在静力分析中整体结构应力应变分布基本一致;各阶屈曲模态基本相同.最后评估了该支撑结构的强度以及屈曲稳定性,预报了危险位置. The floating tidal current power station is a new pattern of conversion device in using tidal energy. The water turbine bracket of the group withstands the work load of the turbines and the entire weight of the unit, so its stability is particularly important. It is difficult to evaluate the structural stability of the floating tidal current power station directly by the existing theory and code because of its complex structure and load type. First, two water turbine bracket models were created based on MSC.Patran-one contains the turbine spindle and another one without, then used MSC.Nastran to do the static and buckling finite element analysis. The compared results showed that the stress and strain distributions in the static analysis results of the two models are basically consistent, and the buckling modes of every phase are basically the same. Finally the strength and buckling stability of the bracket were evaluated, forecasting the dangerous position.
