摘要
目的探讨亚麻酸对心功能衰竭病人心房肌细胞瞬时外向钾电流(Ito)的作用。方法应用膜片钳全细胞记录技术,记录细胞外应用亚麻酸前后人心房肌细胞Ito。结果亚麻酸对人心房肌细胞的Ito抑制作用。结论亚麻酸对人心房肌细胞Ito具有抑制作用,提示亚麻酸对心功能衰竭病人具有抗心律失常的作用。
Objective This study was designde to explore the effects of linolenic acid { LNA,C18:3 n - 3)on transient outward current (Ito)iri atnal rnyucytes from patients with heart failure Methods Patch clamp technique was used to record Ito in atrial myocytes from patients with heart failure before and after administration of extracellular LNA. Results The LNA - induced suppression of Ito current shown voltage - dependent and dose - dependent. and use - independent und frequency - independent. Conclusion The present data demonstrated that linolenic acid suppressed Ito in atrial myocytes from patients with heart failure,
