摘要
采用系统观察法对超临界流体萃取法的最佳萃取条件进行了考察 ,并与传统有机溶剂提取法进行比较 ,建立了超临界流体萃取法提取中药筚茇中有效成分的方法 ,结果最佳萃取条件为 :以乙醇作改性剂 ,于40℃、2 .6 0 8× 10 7Pa压力下 ,二氧化碳静态萃取 15 m in,动态萃取 5 m l。该法操作简便快速 ,提取完全 。
A Supercritical Fluid Extraction (SFE) method was developed for the extraction of effective components in \%Piper longum\% L. The optimal extraction conditions of SFE were selected by systemic research method. The comparison was conducted between SFE and traditional organic extraction. The optimal SFE conditions were that alcohol was used as a modifier of supercritical fluid CO\-2 and that the sample was extracted by this supercritical fluid in statics for 15 min and then 5 ml dynamically at 40℃ and 2.068×10\+7 Pa(3000Psi). The method was simple, rapid, perfect, and its extraction rate was higher than that by organic solvent extraction.
