摘要
椰子产业在海南经济中占有重要地位,但椰子加工技术特别是初加工严重限制了椰子产业的发展和效益。为此研发了一种椰子新型自动剥衣机,在高压气体的配合作用下,采用多个刀片两面夹持揉搓的方法,达到了良好的剥衣质量和效果。并通过PLC对整个椰子的投料、剥衣过程实现了自动控制,从而节省人力,大大提高了椰子剥衣的效率,为椰子企业的规模化发展提供了技术基础。
Coco industry plays an important role in Hainan economy. However, coco processing technology in Hainan, especially its primary processing technology, severely limits the development and economic growth of coco industry. Therefore, we have invented a new type of coco automatic deeorticator. We adopt the method of multiple blades with both side cut, and with the help of high-pressure gas to assist to reach excellent peeling quality and efficiency, and made use of PLC to adjust the feeding and stripping of coconuts automatically to save the manpower and improve the efficiency of coco stripping. It also provided the foundation for the development of coco industry in scale.
