摘要
目的探讨胎膜早破与血清铜的关系。方法对 80例正常单胎分娩的孕妇 ,其中 17例确诊为无明显诱因的胎膜早破 (PROM)。分娩前取阴道上 1/ 3处分泌物涂片镜检 ,测定血清铜的含量。分娩后取胎膜观察病理改变 ,同时测定门诊孕早期孕妇血清铜 5 0例。结果孕晚期妇女血清铜值明显高于孕早期 ,但胎膜早破组和正常组孕妇的血清铜差异无统计学意义。结论胎膜早破与血清铜无明显关系。
Objective To explore the relationship of premature rupture of membrances (PROM) with serum copper. Methods Among 80 pregnant women with single fetus delivery that17 cases have been diagnosed definitely with PROM. The fluid discharge in upper one third of vagina was microscope examined and the content of serum copper was determined. The content of serum copper was analyzed in 50 outpatient women with early pregnancy. Results The value of serum copper in late pregnant women was significantly higher than that early pregnant women, but there was no clear difference between women with PROM and women with normal pregnancy. Conclusion There was no obvious relationship of PROM with serum copper.
