摘要
用原子吸收光谱法测定胎膜早破孕妇与正常待产妇各62例,健康育龄妇女46例的血清锌、铜含量。结果显示胎膜早破孕妇组的血清锌显著低于正常待产妇组(p<0.001);二者血清铜含量无显著差异(p>0.05);前者铜/锌比率明显高于后者(p<0.01)。健康育龄妇女组的血清锌明显高于两孕妇组,而血清铜明显低于两孕妇组(p<0.0001)。锌缺乏时,羊水的抗菌活性减弱,机体抵抗力降低,是否可因此而发生亚临床胎膜炎以致胎膜早破,值得考虑。
Serum concentrations of zinc and copper were monitored by atomic absorption speotrometry in 62 oases with premature rupture of membranes (PEOM), 62 normal parturients and 46 healthy women of reproductive age. Serum zinc levels were very significantly lower in the PEOM group than in the normal parturient group (p<0.001), but there was no statistical difference in serum copper levels between these two groups. Hence the copper/zinc ratios were very significantly greater in the PEOM group (p<0.01). la the healthy women of reproductive age, serum zinc levels were very significantly higher, and serum copper levels, significantly lower, than in both of the parturients groups (p < 0.000 1). As zinc deficiency weakens the antibiotic activity of amniotio fluid and lowers body resistance, we suspect that subolinioal ohorioamnionitis might occur and lead to rupture of the membranes prematurely.
