摘要
sbg11是从华南农业大学水田土壤中经过富集培养和分离筛选得到的光合细菌菌株。对光合细菌菌株sbg11的培养条件进行优化,并对盆栽生菜的施用效果进行测定。结果表明,光合细菌sbg11发酵时的最佳碳源和最佳氮源分别为乙酸钠和黄豆粉,初始发酵pH值为7.0,温度为30℃,最佳接种量为10%。光合细菌sbg11能显著提高生菜中氮、磷、钾、Vc、叶绿素的含量以及硝酸还原酶活性,对生菜产量和可溶性糖含量影响不大。
Photosynthetic bacteria sbgl 1 was isolated from the paddy soil of South China Agricultural University lhrough enrichment culture, isolation and screening. The experiment optimized culture conditions and determined application effect of sbgl 1 on lettue. The results showed that sodium acetate and soybean meal were the best source. The initial fermentation conditions were pH 7.0, temperature of 30℃ and inoculum of 10%. Photoautotrophic bacteria sbgl 1 could improve the content of N, P, K, Ve and the activity of Nitrate reduetase of lettuce, while had only slight effect on yield and sugar content.
