摘要
现代经济增长更多地依赖于技术创新 ,技术创新成为现代企业发展一个重要的基础和动力。经过 2 0多年改革的实践 ,我国国有企业技术创新活动已具有相当的广泛性。但从整体上看 ,技术创新水平还十分落后 ,档次也很低。本文将对国有企业技术创新过程中存在的主要问题进行分析 ,进而提出相应的对策与建议。
The growth of modern economy more and more depends upon technical innovations.Technical innovations have become an important basis and motive fore for the development of modern enterprises.More than 20 years has elapsed since the transformation began,and technical innovations have considerably be on widespread.Viewing the situation as a whole,the technical innovations are extremely backward,being in low grade.This dissertation gives an analysis to the essential problems existing in technical innovation in state owned enterprises and raises corresponding countermeasures and suggestion.
