摘要
软技术创新，主要包括产品外围创新、生产工艺创新和管理创新。在分析探讨影响我国企业技术创新的三大主要制约因素的基础上，提出把软技术创新作为我国多数企业技术创新的一个短期突破口，因为它具有投资少，风险小，容易实现，容易见效等一系列优点。
The concept of soft technology innovation (STI) is proposed and defined.STI mainly con-sists of the innovation of aproduct′s peripheral environ,the innovation of its manufacturing technology and its management improvement.Based on a brief analysis of the three constraints on technology innovation now plaguing Chinese enterprises,it is expounded that STI be a short-term breakthrough alternative for Chinese firms as it has a lot of merits such as less investment,low risk and easy implementation.
