妊娠期糖尿病正规治疗对妊娠结局的影响分析 被引量：6

摘要 目的探讨妊娠期糖尿病正规治疗对孕妇及围产儿的影响。方法对55例妊娠期糖尿病,按接受正规治疗与未接受治疗分为两组,比较两组孕妇的妊娠期羊水异常、胎膜早破、血压、产后出血、剖宫产率,以及围产儿在巨大儿、早产儿、新生儿低血糖、窒息和高胆血素症的结果。结果接受妊娠期糖尿病正规治疗者及其围产儿结局与未接受治疗者比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病接受正规治疗,可以减少妊娠期糖尿病母婴并发症发生率。
