环首都绿色经济圈能源效率评价——基于超效率SBM模型 被引量:1

Around capital green economic circle energy efficiency evaluation——based on super efficiency SBM mode

摘要 本文根据传统的能源强度指标研究环首都绿色经济圈能源效率现状,同时基于规模报酬可变情况下的超效率SBM模型,比较分析2001~2010年环首都绿色经济圈及圈内13个城市的全要素能源效率。结果表明,首都经济圈的各个城市间的能源效率差距明显,首都经济内的城市的能源效率提高幅度不大,不断进步的科学技术成为能源生产力提高的一个支撑点。 In this paper,according to the traditional energy intensity index,we research the energy efficiency of the whole Economic Circle around the capital.At the same time,This paper comparatively analyzes total factor energy efficiency of the whole Economic Circle around the capital and its 13 components during the period 2001—2010,based on super-efficiency SBM model.The results show that there is an obvious gap on the energy efficiency among the cities and that their energy efficiency has been improved marginally.Besides these findings,it's also turned out that the progress of science and technology is a strong point to improve energy productivity.
