菘蓝不同栽培居群的等位酶分析 被引量:5

摘要 目的 :对菘蓝 Isatisindigotica Fort.不同栽培居群进行等位酶分析研究。方法 :在全国各地采集菘蓝 13个二倍体栽培居群的种子 ,异地栽培于上海市崇明岛同一块试验田。以水平切片淀粉凝胶电泳方法 ,对菘蓝等位酶多态性进行研究 ,分析了 8个酶系统的 15个等位酶位点。 结果 :等位酶多态位点百分数 P为 13.3%~ 33.3% ,每个位点的等位基因平均数 A为1.1~ 1.5 ,预期杂合度 H e为 0 .0 2 7~ 0 .10 9,菘蓝二倍体居群间基因分化比率为 8.2 %。结论 :菘蓝不同栽培居群的等位酶谱有明显差别 ,表明菘蓝种内存在遗传变异。 Objective: To analyze allozyme in different cultivated populations of Isatis indigotica Fort. Methods: The seeds of 13 cultivated populations of diploid Isatis indigotica Fort. collected from the whole country were cultivated in Chong Ming Island, Shanghai. Allozyme polymorphism in Isatis indigotica Fort. was investigated with the horizontal sliceable starch gel electrophoresis. Eight enzymes and 15 loci were assessed. Results: The proportion of polymorphic loci ( P ) ranged from 13.3% to 33.3%. The mean number of alleles per locus ( A ) ranged from 1.1 to 1.5. The expected heterozygosity ( He ) ranged from 0.027 to 0.109. The ratio of gene differentiation among populations of diploid Isatis indigotica Fort. was 8.2%. Conclusion: The allozymic spectrum in different cultivated populations of Isatis indigotica Fort. are different,which shows that there exists the genetic variation of Isatis indigotica Fort.
