摘要
目的考察宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉在本院的应用情况。方法 2004年2月—2011年1月官腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉843例,随机抽取105例作为术前内膜组,此105例术后1～6个月回诊收集子宫内膜作为术后内膜组,同期不明原因不孕行腹腔镜检查患者100例为对照内膜组。比较3组组织的血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growthfactor,VEGF)水平。结果 105例顺利完成手术,6个月随访,满意度93.3%(98/105),与正常内膜组比,术前内膜组VEGF表达阳性差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后内膜组VEGF表达阳性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论检测子宫内膜VEGF表达可作为宫腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜息肉手术效果的重要指标。
Objective To explore the effect of hysteroscopy on endometrial polyps. Methods Retrospective analysis of 843 cases with surgical hysteroscopy for endometrial polyps from February 2004 to January 2011 was performed. And vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） expression was detected in 105 cases of polyps group, 105 cases of postoperative endometrial group and 100 cases of control endometrial group which were obtained from unexplained infertility patients underwent laparoscopic detection. Results All the 105 cases completed the surgery successfully. Satisfaction degree in a 6 - m^nth follow -up was 93.3% （98/105）. Compared with the control group, VEGF positive expression in the polyps group was different （ P 〈 0.05 ）. No significant difference in VEGF positive expression was seen between control group and postoperative endometrial group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Detection of VEGF expression can be an important indicator to evaluate the effect of hysteroscopic surgery for endometrial polyps.
