摘要
目的:探讨血管回声跟踪(E-T racking)技术检测系统性红斑狼疮病人(SLE)颈总动脉弹性功能改变情况的临床价值。方法:应用ET技术测量SLE病人22例及32例正常人颈总动脉的内-中膜厚度(IMT)、僵硬度(β)、压力应变弹性系数(Ep)、顺应性(AC)、增大指数(AI)、脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ),并对系统性红斑狼疮组和对照组上述参数进行相关性分析。结果:系统性红斑狼疮组IMT、β、Ep、AC、AI、PWVβ较正常人对照组明显增高(P<0.01),AC较正常人对照组明显减低(P<0.01)。结论:ET技术可客观准确反映颈动脉血管的弹性变化,为临床早期预防及干预性药物治疗提供可靠的依据。
Objective : To explore the clinical value of echo Tracking ( E - T racking ) detection changes of carotid artery elastic function in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). Methods:22 patients with SLE and 23 normal subjects were measured using ET technology. The following variables were examined carotid artery within - mdeia thickness ( IMT ), stiffness ( beta ), pressure strain elastic coefficient ( Ep ) ,'compliance ( AC ) , increased index ( AI ), pulse wave velocity (PWV~), and Correlation analysis of systemic lupus erythematosus and control groups. Results: The value of IMT,β, Ep, AC, AI, PWVβ were significantly higher ( P〈0.01 ) on the SLE group than the control group ,and the AC value was significantly lower (P〈0.01)on the SLE group than the control group. Conclusion:ET technology can objectively and accurately reflect the elasticity changes of the carotid artery. And Can provide a reliable basis for early prevention and intervention clinical drug therapy.
