摘要
目的 :探讨善得定对腹腔化疗时淋巴药物浓度的调节作用。方法 :大肠癌患者行卡铂腹腔化疗时联合应用善得定 ,观察腹腔淋巴结、门静脉铂浓度变化。结果 :应用善得定后腹腔淋巴铂浓度 2小时后提高 ,而门静脉铂浓度变化不大。结论 :善得定可诱导卡铂腹腔淋巴化疗。
Objective: To examine modulating effect of Sandostatin to lymph drug concentration following intraperitoneal chemotherapy Methods:Patients with colorectal cancer received 200 mg caboplatin intraperi to neally pre operation were divided into two groups: 100 μg sandostatin was injected subcutaneously in one group and no sandostatin imjection in another group as control The platinum in portal vein plasma and local lymphatic nodes were monitored during the operation Results: The platinum was increased 2hrs after sandostatin administration in lymphatic nodes but unchanged in portal vein Conclusions: Sandostatin plays an interesting role in local lymphatic chemotherapy for these patients with intra abdominal cancer and may be a new approach to deal with lymphatic metastisis in these high risk people
