摘要
探讨氟砷联合作用对大鼠子代肾组织超微结构的影响。方法：采用两代一窝繁殖试验的方法，对染毒大鼠子代肾组织进行超微结构观察。结果：两代大鼠仔鼠各染毒组在超微结构均有一定程度的改变，可见肾小球毛细血管内皮细胞轻度增生；上皮细胞轻度肿胀，核异染质增多，部分足突融合。结论：氟砷联合作用对大鼠子代肾组织有一定的影响。
Objective: To explore the effect of fluoride and arsenic of the offspring's kidney on ultrastructure in case of their exposed parents. Methods: With a two-generation reproductive test,we observed the offspring's kidney under the electron microscope, of which their parents exposed to different doses of fluoride and arsenic. Results: There were light hyperplasia of endothelial wall and light swelling of epithelium, party fusion of epithelial cells and increase of heterochromation. Conclusion: Fluoride and arsenic have some influence to the offspriong's kidney of exposed parents.
