摘要
目的 探讨寻常型银屑病病程演变的规律及其影响因素。方法 对初发病例进行回顾性分析和前瞻性观察，将病程演变进行分型、统计，对可能影响的因素运用病例对照方法进行分析。结果 寻常型银屑病患者发病后的病程演变过程有 6种类型，近 1/3的患者可长期处于临床痊愈状态，复发频繁的重症不足 1/10。结论 机体具有一定的自我康复能力，病程演变受治疗措施、家族史的影响。使用抗癌药治疗对病程演变有较大的负面作用，初发病例切忌使用。
Objective To study the evolution of clinical course of psoriasis vulgaris and its related factors.Methods Retrospective and prospective investigations were performed in the psoriatic patients with first onset. The evolution of clinical course of the patients was analyzed in connection with the disease types. The influencing factors were analyzed by case- control method.Results There were six types of clinical courses in the patients observed. One third of the patients remained in the state of clinical recovery for a long time. Less than 1/10 of the patients were severely ill with frequent reccurrences.Conclusions Human body has the ability of self- recuperation. The use of antitumor agents has a negative effect on the clinical course of the disease and should be contraindicated for the patients with first onset.
