摘要 肺癌患者在确诊时，接近80％者已失去手术机会，或因心肺功能差、心理因素等往往不适合手术治疗、常规放射治疗、化学治疗。CT引导下放射性粒子植入，不良反应及损伤小，近年来已广泛应用到全身各种肿瘤治疗中，其中肺癌疗效确切。2007—2011年我院应用TPS系统植入计划系统，CT引导下经皮穿刺植入^125I粒子治疗肺癌36例，进行近距离组织间放射治疗，取得了良好的效果，现总结报告如下。
