摘要
目的:探讨在儿科护理中发生护患纠纷的原因及防范措施。方法:对我科2011年1月~2011年12月发生的护患纠纷,从护理工作人员、患儿及家属、其他三个方面分析其纠纷发生的原因,并针对产生的原因积极采取有效的防范措施。结果:儿科护理具有特殊性、复杂性和困难性,应注意护患纠纷的预防,并采取相应措施。结论:增强服务意识,提高护理服务质量,加强理论及操作技能培训,加强护患沟通,可有效杜绝护理差错、事故,确保护理质量与安全,减少护患纠纷的发生。
Objective To explore in pediatric nursing in causes of nurse-patient disputes and its preventive measures. Method In our department in 2011 January-2011 year in December from the nurse-patient disputes,nursing staff,patients and families, the other three of the causes of disputes, and according to the reasons and actively take effective prevention measures. Result Outcome of paedi- atric nursing has the particularity,complexity and difficulty,attention should be paid to prevention of nurse-patient disputes,and take corresponding measures. Conclusion Enhance service awareness, improve the quality of nursing service,strengthen theoretical and operational skills training, to strengthen communication between nurses and patients,to prevent nursing errors and accidents,ensure the quality and safety of nursing care,reduce the occurrence of nurse-patient dispute.
