摘要
目的:探讨首发分裂症家属健康教育对患者再住院的影响作用。方法:将300例均使用奎硫平药物治疗的首发分裂症患者家属随机分为观察组和对照组各150例,对照组由接诊护士对家属进行一般的入院介绍,而观察组由副主任护师采用多媒体授课的方式对家属进行12学时的分裂症知识系列讲座。对两组临床疗效显进(临床痊愈+显著进步)的患者进行为期2年的随访,以了解患者复发的情况。结果:观察组与对照组患者复发率有显著差异(P<0.01),观察组明显低于对照组。结论:首发分裂症患者家属进行系统的健康教育,有利于提高家属对患者坚持维持治疗、定期复诊重要性的认识及协助患者进行家庭康复的能力,从而降低复发率,延缓其社会功能缺陷,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the effects of family health education on the treatment of recurrence in first-episode schizophrenic patients. Methods A total of 300 schizophrenic patients in first-episode were randomly divided into health education group （150 cas- es） and control group （150 cases）.All of patients＇family in health education group were assigned to receive health education in the hos- pital, patients＂ family in control group were educated by conventional introduction, the therapeutic compliance and recurrent rate be- tween two groups were compared after 2 years follow-up. Results The difference of the 2-year recurrence rate was significant be- tween 2 groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Family health education can maintain the efficacy in patients with schizophrenia after discharge, and promote the recovery of the disease, reduce the recurrence of schizophrenia, delay its social disability, improve quality of life.
