摘要
目的:探讨开放加微创联合手术治疗乳腺多发性肿块的疗效。方法:选取2009年6月～2012年6月间我院收治的乳腺多发性肿块患者168例,按手术方式的不同分为3组,其中A组64例行传统开放手术治疗,B组61例行微创旋切手术治疗,C组43例行开放加微创联合手术治疗。术后随访比较3组疗效。结果:联合手术组较传统开放手术组患者满意率明显提高(P<0.01),较微创手术组患者满意率高(P<0.05);联合手术组的局部血肿形成、肿物复发率明显低于传统开放手术组和微创手术组(P<0.05,P<0.01);3组间乳房哺乳功能比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:开放加微创联合手术治疗乳腺多发性肿块具有适应症广、手术切除率高、并发症少等优点,在保证医疗效果的同时,兼具美容效果,值得临床推广应用。

Conclusion Open minimally invasive joint surgery treatment of breast multiple tumor indications wide surgical resection rate and few complications, medical effects, both cosmetic results worthy of clinical application.
