摘要
目的探讨超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切系统治疗乳腺多发性肿块的临床应用价值。方法对2008年9月―2011年3月门诊和住院治疗的682例乳腺多发性肿块患者,其中556例在超声引导下行Mammotome微创旋切术切除(观察组),126例行传统开放手术切除肿块(对照组)。结果两组患者的乳腺肿块均完整切除。观察组的手术时间、术后愈合时间和术后瘢痕均明显少于(或小于)对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);观察组术后无不适感,对照组术后硬结和疼痛麻木感常见;两组并发症的发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超声引导下Mammotome微创旋切系统治疗乳腺多发性良性肿块安全可行,具有手术时间短、术后恢复快和微创美学等优点。
Objective To evaluate the application value of ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimal invasive system in treatment of masses of breasts. Methods From September 2008 to March 2011,556 patients in observation group were performed by ultrasound guided Mammotome minimally invasive biopsy system, and 126 patients in control group underwent traditional open operation. Results All of breast lumps were resected completely. The operating duration,coalesced time after operation and the size of the postoperative scar in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group（P〈0. 05 or P〈0.01）. There was no discomfort after opera-tion in the observation group, but postoperative pain and numbness scleroma were common in the control group. There was no difference in the postoperation complication of the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The ultrasound-guided Mammotome minimal invasive system is safe and feasible with shorter operation time,quick postoperative recover,minimally invasive and aesthetic effect in multiple benign breast lumps.
