DTI诊断弥散轴索损伤的价值

摘要 目的:探讨磁共振成像技术对DAI患者诊断的价值。方法:收集确诊为DAI的53例患者进行分析,所有患者均有明确的头外伤史。结果:DAI组各脑区FA值低于正常对照组。结论:DTI可以直接反应轴索病理及形态改变,对DAI诊断具有重要价值。
