颈部动脉3D TOF-MRA与心电门控颈部斑块扫描的成像技术探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的分析3.0T MR3D TOF-MRA、心电门控颈部斑块序列tse_9_db_t1_fs成像在颈部动脉血管狭窄病变检查中的特点,探讨联合应用在颈部动脉血管狭窄病变中的诊断价值。方法收集2012年1月-6月在我院行3.0TMR3D TOF-MRA、心电门控颈部斑块序列tse_9_db_t1_fs成像的患者30例并对检查效果进行分析评价。结果在30例3D TOF-MRA检查中,A级25例,占83%;B级3例,占10%;C级2例,占7%。心电门控颈部斑块序列中A级20例,占67%,B级6例,占20%;C级4例,占13%。结论 3D TOF-MRA技术可明确诊断绝大部分颈部动脉血管狭窄病变,但也存在的不足,心电门控颈部斑块序列tse_9_db_t1_fs成像可明确诊断有无粥样硬化斑块形成,是对颈部3D TOF-MRA成像的有效补充,二者的合理应用及结合可以从多方面来诊断颈部血管狭窄性病变,弥补相互间的不足。其在颈部血管病变的显示具有独特的优势,是一种无创伤性的、安全的、准确性高的检查方法。 Objective Analyzing the characteristic of 3.0T MR 3D TOF-MRA and electric- cardiac gated carotid plaque series (tse_9_db tl_fs) and discussing the diagnostic value of joint application in carotid artery stenosis diseases. Methods 30 patients underwent 3.0T MR 3D TOF-MRA and electric-cardiac gated carotid plaque series(tse 9 db tl fs) ex- amination and the imaging effects were comparative analysed during January to June,2012. Results In 3D TOF-MRA examination, the proportion of A grade imaging effects is 83% (25/30), B grade imaging effects is 10% (3/30), C grade is 7% (2/30). In electaic-cardiac gated carotid plaque series(tse_9 db t I fs) examination, the proportion of A grade imaging effects is 67% (20/30), B grade imaging effects is 20% (6/30), C grade is 13% (4/30). Conclusion 3D TOF-MRA technique provides us much information to make an ahnost accurate diagnosis in carotid artery stenosis disease though it cannot demonstrate athero- sclerotic plaque. Electric-cardiac gated carotid plaque series(tse 9_db t l fs) demonstrates the atherosclerotic plaque well and provides us indispensable supplementary information. their combination and rational using makes MR an non-invasive, safe. and high accuracy examination for carotid artery disease patients.
