摘要
目的:探讨椎动脉CT血管成像(椎动脉CTA)对椎动脉型颈椎病的诊断意义。方法:对32例经临床诊断为椎动脉型颈椎病患者进行椎动脉CTA检查,利用三维后处理技术处理图像重建椎动脉,观察椎动脉、横突孔及钩椎关节的形态学变化及椎动脉与周围骨性结构的相互关系。结果:32例患者中有椎动脉异常表现者31例,横突孔异常者6例,钩椎关节增生者20例。结论:椎动脉CTA是诊断椎动脉型颈椎病的有效方法之一。
Objective： To evaluate the diagnostic value of vertebral artery CTA （VACTA） on the patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type （CSA）. Methods：Thirty-two subjects with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type were underwent vertebral artery CTA. Three-dimensional post processing were employed and vertebral artery, transverse foramen, Luschka joint and their relationship were observed. Results： Among 32 cases, abnormality of vertebral artery was found in 31 cases, abnormality of transverse foramen was found in 6 cases, hyperplasia of Luschka joint were found in 20 cases. Conelusion：VACTA is one of the most reliable techniques for clinical diagnosis of CSA.
