超急性期脑梗塞CT诊断的探讨 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨CT对超急性期脑梗塞的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析36例我院确诊为超急性期脑梗塞的CT表现。结果脑实质密度轻微减低11例,基底节区结构模糊4例,局限性脑沟变窄或消失3例,大脑中动脉高密度表现1例,CT值测量差值(ΔHU)增高2例,CT表现基本正常15例。结论常规CT对超急性期脑梗塞的诊断很有价值,对半数以上超急性脑梗塞病例可作出诊断。 Objective To analyse the diagnostic value of plain CT scan on super acuter cerebral infarctio. Methods 36 patients were retrospectively studied, which were suffering from super acut cerebral infarction, Results I I patients showed lower density, 4 patients showrd blurry basal nuclei structure, 3 patients showed locally narrowed or disappeared sulci, I patients showed middle cerebral artery high density sign, 2 patient shower the A HU of CT were heightened, 15 patients showrd normal. Conclusins Tile conventmnal CT diagnosis for super acute cerebral infarction has value.
