摘要
目的:探讨大面积脑梗塞的手术指征、手术方法及治疗效果。方法:对某医院手术治疗的16例大面积脑梗塞患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:16例患者中死亡2例,在随访的14例患者中,8例恢复满意。结论:标准大骨瓣减压并颞肌贴敷术是治疗大面积脑梗塞的重要救命措施,但要把握手术时机和术式。
Objective：To explore the surgical indications,surgical methods and therapeutic effects of massive cerebral infarction.Methods：We performed retrospective analysis to the original data of the 16 massive cerebral in-farction patients with surgical treatment. Results：Among 16 patients,2 patient died,and 8 patients recovered satisfac-torily in our 14 follow-up patients. Conclusion：Standard Large Trauma Craniotomy and Roofing of Temporal Muscle is a life-saving maneuver for treating Massive Cerebral infarction,but it is important to grasp the opportunity and select the suitable operative method.
