磁共振弥散加权成像在脑梗死病理演变过程的表现 被引量:7

摘要 通过磁共振弥散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI),探讨脑梗死患者梗死灶病理演变过程中的DWI信号变化特点及随时间变化的规律。回顾性及同期分析133例来我院初次就诊的脑梗死患者,所有患者均行常规MRI扫描及DWI扫描。扫描采用GE SIGNA HDe 1.5T超导全身磁共振扫描仪。DWI检查采用SE序列的平面回波成像(echoplanar imaging,EPI),弥散敏感系数(b值)采用b=1000s/mm2。采集图像通过AW4.4.工作站处理分析。本实验对133例脑梗死患者的DWI信号进行分析,表现在早期的DWI呈现高信号;而后在急性期下降,直至达到最低点,亚急性期较急性期轻微上升但仍明显低于正常,慢性期接近正常或升高,根据信号变化特点探讨脑梗死患者梗死灶病理演变过程及随时间变化的规律。DWI、ADC图信号强度变化对临床脑梗死病理演变分期具有高度准确性;
