癫痫并发偏头痛患者36例临床特点探讨 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨分析癫痫并发偏头痛的临床特点。方法对该院收治的癫痫并偏头痛的36例患者临床资料进行回顾分析,并与同期单纯癫痫患者进行对比。结果与单纯癫痫患者相比,癫痫并偏头痛患者在癫痫发作频率和病程等方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在癫痫分型上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论癫痫并发偏头痛患者既有与癫痫患者相似的临床特点,同时又具有偏头痛的特点,病情较为复杂,因而治疗更加困难。
