摘要
基于非竞争型投入占用产出法,从单位出口品所能带来的国内完全增加值和就业量出发,度量了中国代表性省市高技术产业在国际分工中的表现。结果表明,在样本范围内,中国高技术产业参与全球产品内分工的程度得到了提高,且东部代表性省(市)的高技术产业参与国际分工的深度和广度都高于中西部代表性省份,并对国内经济增长产生了更强的带动作用;中国高技术产业的劳动生产率快速提升,且东部代表性省(市)的提升速度整体上高于中西部代表性省份,但在2002年之后中西部代表性省份的生产效率加速提升;中国整体及代表性省市的高技术产业国际分工地位快速上升,主要是劳动生产率的快速提升所致,且东部代表性省(市)的表现优于中西部代表性省份,但中西部代表性省份在2002年之后加速上升,与东部代表性省(市)趋于收敛。
Based on the non-competitive input-output model, this paper use Domestic Value Added (DVA) and Domestic Employment Rate (DER) to measure the international specialization status of advanced technology industry of represented provinces in China, the results show that among the samples, the participation of China' s advanced technology industry to international specialization has been improved, and eastern provinces performance batter than central and western provinces, and lead to stronger domestic economic growth; Chinese advanced technology industry's labor productivity improved rapidly, and eastern provinces as a whole is higher than the central and western provinces, but after 2002 the latter accelerated; China overall and representative provinces experience a rapid increase in international specialization status of advanced technology industry mainly due to the rapid promotion of labor productivity, also performance of eastern provinces is better than central and western provinces, but the two groups tend to converge since the latter accelerates its development after 2002.
