摘要
目的探讨强直性脊柱炎（AS）证型与HLA～B27及免疫炎症指标间的相关性。方法随机选取2010年3月～2012年3月于本院及协作医院中医科、骨科、内科和康复科进行治疗的的AS患者60例，其中肾虚湿热痹阻型、肾阴虚型、肾阳虚型各20例。比较三种证型患者在HLA—B27表达、血沉（ESR）、C反应蛋白（CRP）、血小板计数（PLT）、免疫球蛋白水平等的差异。结果肾虚湿热痹阻型、肾阴虚型、肾阳虚型的强直性脊柱炎的HLA—B27的阳性率分别为95％、55％、35％，肾虚湿热痹阻型强直性脊柱炎患者的ESR、CRP、PLT水平与肾阴虚型和。肾阳虚型比较，均明显高于后二者的水平（P〈0．05），但三种证型间免疫球蛋白水平差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论强直性脊柱炎证型与HLA—B27、ESR、CRP、PLT间具有一定的相关性。
Objective To investigate the ankylosing spondylitis syndrome type and HLA-B27 and immune inflammation index correlation. Methods 60 patients with AS were randomly selected from March 2010 to March 2012 in our hospital and collaboration in the hospital department of traditional Chinese medicine, department of orthopedics, department of in- ternal medicine and department of rehabilitation treatment, including kidney SHI-re-bi resistance, kidney yin deficiency, kidney deficiency in each 20 cases. Comparison of three kinds of syndromes of patients in the expression of HLA-B27, ESR, C reactive protein, platelet counts, immunoglobulin levels and other differences were observed. Results The kidney SHI-re-bi resistance, kidney yin deficiency, kidney deficiency of ankylosing spondylitis HLA-B27 positive rates were 95%, 55%, 35%, the index of kidney deficiency type heat blockage of ankylosing spondylitis in patients with ESR, CRP, PLT levels were significantly higher than kidney yin deficiency the indexkidney yang asthenia type （P 〈 0.05）, but the three types of immunoglobulin levels had no significant difference （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Ankylosing spondylitis syndrome type and HLA-B27, ESR, CRP, PLT has certain conrrelation.
