摘要
目的探讨老年人心房颤动与冠心病之间的关系。方法本次实验以本院2010年1月～2011年1月所收治的60例原因不明的心房颤动患者为研究对象,其中,冠心病患者20例,非冠心病患者40例,所有患者均接受冠状动脉造影检查,对比分析两组患者相关临床资料和ST-T改变情况。结果冠状动脉造影检查结果显示,冠心病组患者左心室舒张末直径和胆固醇检查结果对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而左房直径和葡萄糖检查结果对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);且冠心病组患者的心绞痛、心悸和ST-T改变的发生率显著高于非冠心病患者。结论本次临床实验结果表明,对于原因不明的心房颤动患者,应及时接受冠状动脉造影检查,以提高诊断的准确率。
Objective To explore relation between atrial fibrillation（AF） and coronary heart disease in the elderly.Methods Sixty patients with unexplained atrial fibrillation were selected as experimental objects in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011,in which 20 cases with coronary heart disease,other 40 cases with no coronary heart disease.All the patients underwent coronary angiography.The clinical data and ST-T changes were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The results of coronary angiography showed that left ventricular end diastolic and cholesterol of patients in coronary heart group were significantly different from that of non coronary heart group（P 〈0.05）;whereas the results of the diameter of the left atrium and glucose level had no significant statistical difference with that in another group（P 〈0.05）;The incidence of ST-T change and angina pectoris,palpitations of patients in coronary heart disease group were higher than that in patients with non coronary heart disease.Conclusion The clinical experimental results show that the patient should be given coronary angiography for unknown reasons of atrial fibrillation in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy rate.
