摘要
近年来医药卫生科研工作取得了明显的进步,但金华的医药卫生科研水平,仍然有相当大的差距。经过对金华市近年来医药卫生科研现状的调查分析,发现存在学科带头人竞争力不够、科研队伍实力不强、学科特色优势不明显等问题,确定金华市医药卫生科研发展的目标与原则、完善医药卫生研究管理机制、构建医药卫生科研网络体系,强化科研发展动力,将进一步推动金华市市医药卫生科研自主创新能力的发展。
Medical and health scientific research in Jinhua has made significant progress in recent years, but the overall level of Jinhua medical research level had still a considerable gap to the other advanced level. The paper investigated the medical and health research status in Jinhua City, and found the main problem, which includes that the academic leaders have not enough competitive, the research team strength is not strong, and the subject characteristics in not obvious advantage etc. The paper determined the objectives and principles of the medical and health research and development in Jinhua, and improved the medical and health research management mechanism, and built medical and health research network system, so as to strengthen the power of research and development, and to further promote Jinhua medical research capability of independent innovation.
