毒品MDPV的检验 被引量：6

摘要 MDPV（3,4-Methyl—enedioxypyrovaIerone）化学名为亚甲基二氧吡咯戊酮，分子式为C16H21NO3，其分子量为275g／mol，熔点为238-239℃，结构式见图1。根据纯度不同为白色或浅黄色粉末。MDPV属于去甲肾上腺素，多巴胺重吸收抑制剂（NDRI），药理作用类似甲基苯丙胺，具有中枢兴奋作用，长期或大量服用MDPV可以形成依赖性。本世纪初在欧洲出现MDPV的滥用，
