摘要
近年来,卡西酮类精神活性物质开始在世界范围内流行,滥用趋势逐年上升,消费市场逐步扩大。该类物质于上世纪90年代后期开始出现并在2005年前后开始蔓延,由于其势头迅猛,社会危害性日益严重,也引起了国际社会的广泛关注。本文对几种常见的卡西酮类精神活性物质进行介绍,并对该类物质产生、泛滥原因进行阐述,结合我国禁毒工作实际情况,系统地提出防控对策。
In recent years, the psychoactive substances of cassione are popular in the world, the abuse trend is increasing year by year, and the consumer market is gradually expanding. This kind of substance began to appear in the late 1990 s and began to spread around 2005. Due to its rapid momentum, the social harmfulness has become increasingly serious, and it has attracted wide attention of the international community. In this paper, several common card west ketone introduces the spirit of active substances, and for this kind of material, flood causes, in combination with the practical situation of China＇s anti-drug work, systematically put forward the prevention and control countermeasures.
